Unique check-in system from ARINC |
|
ARINC, a transportation and system engineering company, has come up with a compact and easy to install system that allows agents to check-in passengers, print boarding passes and check baggage from almost anywhere, using a standard internet connection. Using internet instead of a costly circuit, this check-in system, called iMUSE Express, makes off-site check-ins affordable at any location. It is perfectly suited for small airports, seasonal airlines, city ticket offices, cruise lines, parking terminals, rental car facilities, transit stations and conventional centres. iMuse Express connects to a host system using only a local ISP via telephone or cable modem. Once connected, a VPN is automatically launched, so that one can reliably access a terminal emulator or check-in application. Host and passenger information is sent via the VPN using the latest technology for encryption. The information is decrypted when it completes the path and then passed to the secure host connection provided by the airline. This method provides high security for passenger information and airline host. The most important aspect of iMuse Express is its simplicity and portability. It can be installed at the most challenging sites using convenient equipments. Contact Us
